genXwomen is a dynamic new group of like-minded women in the Hunter for both professionals and business operators.

genXwomen is a forum established to provide Hunter women with an additional way of establishing and building business relationships and alliances, gain knowledge, grow professionally and personally.

The group was formed by Melanie Hamilton, Associate of local accounting firm, Taggart Partners. Since the launch of the group on the 1st May 2008 the group's membership base has grown rapidly and a committee of 10 local professionals and business operators has been formed to direct the group.

Our vision is to form and enhance business relationships that will be long lasting and accessible over the life of our careers and businesses. Women of this generation share common interests including work life balance, business and career building, personal development, finance and money, health, fashion and beauty. genXwomen will hold many exciting events for members including speaking events, workshops and social event.

genXwomen is not for profit and has received generous support by both local small business and large business.
